Overview

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, a spa, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. There’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As a Floor Manager at Estelle Manor, you will initially support outdoor summer activations, including pool service, before transitioning into other areas of the operation once the season concludes.

The on target earning potential for this role is £40,640 per annum based on a 40 hour contract — comprising a base salary of £32,640 per annum, plus an estimated £8,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected salary and OTE.

What you will be doing

As a Floor Manager at Estelle Manor, you will initially support outdoor summer activations, including pool service, before transitioning into other areas of the operation once the season concludes. You will play a key role in training, mentoring and coaching the team, with a high level of organisation and communication.

• Experience in Food and Beverage management within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people. You can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience managing daily operations, setup, standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with members and guests.

About gratuities & service charge

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of role.
