Qualifications

• Working experience of booking published and net fares on a GDS is essential.
• Experience of issuing and re-issuing tickets, and checking the queues in a GDS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage PNRs within Travelport GDS including queue management and ticketing.
• Support the Sales team with complex flight requirements.
• Liaise with customers regarding flight queries.
• Administration tasks including cancellations.

Experience with GDS (Travelport/Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre/Worldspan)
