Qualifications

  • HCPC registration for Speech and Language Therapy (or pending).
  • Experience at Band 6 level or equivalent (desirable).
  • Formal post graduate training in dysphagia (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely assessment and intervention packages for children.
  • Engage in clinical meetings and contribute to the SEND process.
  • Support team members and manage your own caseload.

Skills

Experience of working with children and young people with speech and language / communication needs
Up to date with evidence‑based practice and national guidelines
Experience of managing and prioritising a caseload

Education

Diploma / degree in Speech and Language Therapy
