Job summary

A leading online tutoring platform is looking for experienced educators to connect with ESL students based in Singapore and Hong Kong. As a tutor, you will offer personalized 1 on 1 lessons, prepare lesson materials, and provide a supportive learning environment. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of teaching experience. Ideal candidates are passionate, reliable, and available a minimum of 20 hours weekly, operating ideally between 8 AM - 2 PM GMT during weekdays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
