Job summary

A global loss adjusting firm in the UK is looking for a dedicated individual to provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to ensure the national fleet is compliant and operationally available. The role requires experience in administrative support within a fleet or logistics environment, strong IT skills including MS Excel, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will maintain fleet data, coordinate maintenance schedules, and support compliance audits. This position offers an annual pay review, life insurance, and a health cash plan.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support, ideally within a fleet, logistics, or automotive environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including MS Excel and fleet/telematics software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communicator across all levels (drivers, suppliers, management).
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for national fleet compliance.
  • Maintain vehicle asset database; update acquisitions, disposals, and driver allocations.
  • Ensure BELFOR vehicle compliance via oversight on SFM data.
  • Educate and oversee regional administration teams for vehicle assignments.
  • Monitor VOR progress and ensure rapid return of vehicles to service.
  • Support Fleet Manager in compliance audits.
