Are you experienced in fleet support and ready to take your skills to the next level? Do you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same? If so, we've got the perfect opportunity for you!

We're looking for a Fleet Controller to join our busy team. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly by handling everything from maintenance to breakdowns.

What you'll do

As a Fleet Controller, you'll be at the heart of our fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready to go.

You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and drivers to manage all aspects of fleet support using our Tranman system.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • reactive and scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime
  • managing breakdowns, defects and manufacturer recalls
  • handling VOR (vehicles off road) cases with urgency and care
  • processing fuel card requests and ensuring accurate records
  • liaising with garages, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • keeping the Tranman system up to date with all fleet activity.
What you'll need

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as being a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Ideally, you'll be:

  • experienced in fleet support, ideally in a busy, multi-vehicle environment
  • a great communicator who can build relationships and resolve issues quickly
  • organised and detail-focused, with strong time management skills
  • comfortable using fleet management systems (Tranman experience is a plus)
  • proactive, with a hands-on approach and a drive to get things done.
