From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Our Fleet ComplianceControl Team play an importantrole in keeping our customers fleets safely on the road. Your core purpose will be to oversee the safety and compliance of vehicles in our fleet. You will be able to utilise your technical knowledge and expertise, alongside providing first class customer service to ensure that all of our customers vehicles are roadworthy and legal. Your role will involve assessing vehicle safety, defects and fault reports to identifywhen repair work needs to be undertaken.

You’ll be based in our Trowbridge office 3 days per week. Please note, office attendance may vary during the initial training period.

You'll also:

  • Utilise your technical background to prioritiseand accurately categorise defects by analysingall information provided
  • Review and authorise certificated defect documents
  • Supportthe team with technical queries
  • Ensure all unapprovedvehicles are followed up with repairers and rectified to maintain 100% compliance

You're someone who has a clear technical understandingof how cars and commercial vehicles operate.You're a tenacious problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet and act promptly when it comes to making decisions. You have a real sense of drive when it comes to getting things done, accompanied with a can-do approach to assure the customer is always being takencare of.

  • Strong IT literacy across varied systems
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance and technical awareness
