The role requires experience in administrative support within a fleet or logistics environment, strong IT skills including MS Excel, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will maintain fleet data, coordinate maintenance schedules, and support compliance audits. This position offers an annual pay review, life insurance, and a health cash plan.

Provide day‑to‑day administrative and logistical support to ensure BELFORUK’s national fleet is fully compliant, cost‑effective, and operationally available. Acting as the primary liaison with our external fleet‑management partner (SFM), drivers, and internal teams, you will maintain accurate fleet data, coordinate maintenance schedules, and generate timely reports for the Fleet Manager.
