THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious, high-achieving hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of our core accounting and financial control processes, and to drive improvements across the finance function.
Reporting directly into the VP of Finance, this is a career-defining opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Flock’s financial operations as we scale. You’ll lead our accounting team, ensure operational excellence in financial control, and help embed the tools, processes, and mindset that make finance a true enabler of growth.

Impact & Visibility: Exposure to the CFO and working closely with the VP of Finance, gaining exposure to the leadership team and shaping how finance underpins Flock’s growth.
Process Transformation: Play a key role in redesigning and improving finance processes, leveraging technology and data to achieve operational excellence.
Breadth of Experience: Gain wide-ranging, career defining exposure across the entire breadth of finance which
Leadership Opportunity: Lead, coach, and develop a small team, helping them achieve their full potential while scaling finance operations.
Innovation in Action: Contribute to the adoption of new tools (including AI) to streamline workflows and future-proof our finance function.
