  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, management reports, and performance summaries across portfolio entities.
  • Oversee daily transaction processing, payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Assist with FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision‑making and cost management.
  • Maintain accounting records and internal controls in compliance with relevant standards and policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax, and legal advisors to support filings and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor investment and operational expenses, ensuring timely reporting and accuracy.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.
  • Help coordinate reporting for principals and external advisors, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable finance processes to support growth.
Requirements
  • Circa 5 years of post‑qualification experience in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally within investment management, family offices, or similar environments.
  • University degree in finance/accounting or relevant technical field; plus Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical understanding of IFRS fundamentals, complex instruments, valuation methodologies, and investment reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Hands‑on and entrepreneurial mindset, with superior organisational and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
