Qualifications

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified or QBE with strong experience.
• Experience in month-end reporting and financial analysis.
• Capable of leading finance operations in a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop a small team of two finance professionals.
• Oversee month-end close and management account preparation.
• Manage cashflow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT return preparation and submission.

Skills

ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified

Proven month-end reporting and analysis skills

Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager / Accounting role
