You will drive financial planning, performance, and strategic decision-making aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals and regulatory expectations. Supporting director and senior leader level stakeholders, you will provide high-quality financial insight, robust planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to enable informed decision-making in a complex regulated environment.You will lead a team of finance professionals, combining business partnering, project accounting, financial planning and analysis, and financial controls for your assigned areas. You will be accountable for accurate actuals, forecasts, and budgets, delivering insight, ensuring financial integrity, mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, and supporting long-term sustainability and operational efficiency. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to engage and challenge non-financial managers, ensuring your team understands business context, priorities, and objectives.
