Job Description

Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operation in EU region, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, audit, and compliance. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a finance team. Will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operation:

  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial and tax risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Manage internal and external audits.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team members, fostering culture of inclusive and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and HQ to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands on knowledge of European financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Experiences in multinational company with HQ overseas.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
