Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming invoices and verifying against PO.
  • Assist with VAT and CIS account reconciliation.
  • Reconcile central costs across various projects.
  • Creation of outgoing invoices for internal recharges.
  • Regularly review supplier statements.
  • Respond to supplier queries.
  • Process credit card statements and bookings.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Role Requirements
  • Processing of incoming invoices (verification against PO, checking the proof of delivery and cost code assignment)
  • Assist with Statutory Processes including VAT and CIS account reconciliation.
  • Reconciliations for central costs to be split between various projects
  • Creation of outgoing invoices (internal re‑charges and client invoices)
  • Regular review of supplier statements
  • Responding to requests and/or queries from suppliers
  • Processing and support for credit card statements and bookings
  • Other tasks as and when required
