A regional housing association in Motherwell is seeking a Finance & Corporate Services Director to lead financial and corporate functions. The successful candidate will possess a professional accounting qualification and a strong background in leadership and governance. Responsibilities include strategic oversight of finance, risk management, and digital strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Salary: c£75k plus fully funded car leasing scheme

The post of Finance & Corporate Services Director will be a key role in the Association, leading on all aspects of finance, corporate services and IT - allowing for the development and oversight of these key areas.
As such, we would expect the successful candidate to have a relevant track record in a senior financial role; backed by a professional accounting qualification (CCAB). Leadership qualities, commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively are all relevant and valuable.
