We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our office-based finance team. This dual-function role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent organisational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the input and delivery of our monthly payroll
  • Manage the Credit Control, collect payments and reduce aged debts
  • Demonstrate high levels of expertise and attention to detail

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Process monthly payroll for up to 80 team members
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts
  • Run and reconcile weekly, monthly and year end reports
