  • Open new Sales and Purchase Accounts on Sage.

  • Investigate credit requests and follow through to authorization.
  • Assist with purchase ledger entry and queries.
  • Cover credit control of the Sales Ledger during holidays.
  • Take Credit Card payments online.
  • Perform any other duties as required.

  • Open new Sales and Purchase Accounts on Sage
  • Cross check Credit Safe on a daily basis with our Sales Accounts
  • Investigate credit requests and follow through to authorisation
  • Assist with purchase ledger entry and queries
  • Understand and be able to cover the credit control of the Sales Ledger over holiday periods
  • Be able to take Credit Card payments online.

Person Specification:
