Job description

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider Finance team.
  • Managing the receivables ledger including journal entries, reconciliations,
  • Data entry, receivables invoicing and processing, handling customer queries and credit.
  • Raw Material Invoicing to documentation and filing and supplier queries.
  • Communication with customer/supplier finance teams for creating accounts, credit notes and invoices, resolving disputes.
  • Managing Credit control including liaising with insurance, communication with customers, and setup of credit limits.
  • Handling daily queries from other departments within the Company.
  • Filing and organisation of finance records.
  • Any ad hoc items delegated by Finance manager.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to learn and develop in a Finance career.
  • Solid credit control skills.
  • Previous administration experience, with proven ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Accuracy working with numerical data, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
