Film Screenings Programme Officer - London W1F, £33,600 per annum

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Film Screenings Programme Officer to help deliver BAFTA’s busy year-round schedule of film screenings. Sitting in our talented Awards & Content team, and reporting to the Head of Film Awards, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the screenings programme, logistics, managing schedules, and liaising with film distributors, talent teams, and other key partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who understands the inner workings of the film industry, thrives on organisation and is confident handling the demands of high-profile stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Someone with experience coordinating events, screenings, or similar projects in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Confident working with high-profile stakeholders, talent representatives, and senior industry figures.
  • Someone with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities at once.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, with a professional and approachable manner.
