What you'll be doing:

  • Managing user accounts like a pro, handling everything from creation to deletion and password resets with ease.
  • Expertly managing and maintaining user groups, ensuring the right people have access to the right resources at all times.
  • Performing regular maintenance on computer equipment to keep it running smoothly and prevent any pesky technical glitches.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system and equipment issues
  • Providing top-notch technical support to our amazing users, helping them navigate any IT-related challenges they encounter with patience and expertise.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with WAN technologies and a solid understanding of networking principles.
  • Proven expertise in managing user accounts and groups, with a knack for simplifying complex processes.
  • A passion for technology and a natural curiosity about how things work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner.
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge that comes your way.
