Field Service Technician

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and equipped with a strong background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering? We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Field Service Technician to carry out both reactive and preventative service work‑in‑cluding installation, commissioning, certification, and maintenance of our product inspection and systems equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
  • Install and commission new equipment
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently
  • Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
  • Meet KPIs and complete all administrative tasks on time
  • Travel regularly to customer sites
  • Manage and maintain stock effectively
What You Need to Succeed
  • Customer‑facing service experience: confident working directly with customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues on‑site, and communicating clearly and professionally.
  • Technical expertise: strong hands‑on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering; comfortable diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and performing maintenance across a range of systems.
