A leading health and care technology provider is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver top-notch repair and maintenance services remotely. The ideal candidate will have electrical qualifications and experience in customer relations, especially with vulnerable clients. We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and help us to provide the highest quality repair and maintenance service to a select range of company and third‑party products in an efficient and professional manner. This role is remote and will be based in West Lancashire/Greater Manchester/Merseyside.

As a Field Service Engineer you will demonstrate exceptional customer‑relation and interpersonal skills while working with a variety of customers, from vulnerable to elderly, and maintaining and testing equipment in their homes.
To be successful you will have proven experience as a Field Engineer, using your electrical and electronic experience to help maintain/test a variety of products such as Emergency Lights, Fire Systems and a variety of our electrical/electronic products.
