The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DTF Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic technical team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Resolute DTF printing systems and related equipment on customer sites. You will be the face of Resolute Ink for many clients, ensuring our products deliver optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, setup, and calibration of DTF printers and associated equipment.
• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on‑site or remotely.
• Diagnose technical issues quickly and efficiently, providing effective solutions.
• Deliver user training and technical support to customers.
• Maintain detailed service records and report on field activity.
• Liaise with the technical and sales teams to support product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Promote best practices for machine upkeep and ink use.
