We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing English division. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales experience, motivation, and the ability to work independently while representing our mission to help homeowners access Government-Backed ECO4 Grants for energy efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

Full UK Driver’s License

Based in England

At least 1 year of experience in Direct Sales

Confidence and determination to generate 2-5 leads per day

Self-motivated and able to travel across Wales within a designated area

Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage daily administrative tasks via mobile app

About Us:

We're innovative start-up on the rise within the ECO4 Energy Efficiency sector. Our dedicated sales team uses a bespoke mobile application to identify homes eligible for the Government-Backed ECO4 Grant, providing free energy efficiency upgrades to reduce energy costs and install renewable technologies like solar panels and renewable heating systems.

Your Role:

Use our mobile application to identify homes eligible for the ECO4 scheme

Make outbound calls to homeowners to generate leads

Maintain and track your performance against KPIs in the sales app to meet weekly targets

Foster relationships with property portfolio owners to secure ongoing opportunities
