Job summary

A leading housing management company is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to join their team in Exeter. This permanent, full-time position requires excellent knowledge of building standards and legislation, along with experience in property inspections and contractor management. The successful candidate will oversee subcontracted repairs to ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining excellent customer care. This position entails travel across Devon & Cornwall. Ideal candidates will have a Level 4 qualification and the ability to work proactively.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 4 or higher.
• Continuous professional development evidence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and property inspections.
• Oversee delivery of subcontracted repairs.
• Ensure repairs meet Guinness standards.

Knowledge of building construction standards

Assessment under Housing Health & Safety Rating System
