Field Coordinator

Engage is a technology-driven field services provider, part of Marston Holdings Limited. We have an exciting opportunity for aField Coordinatorto join our our dynamic team and keep our field operations running smoothly.

This is a full time, permanent position based in our Sheffield office.

About the Role:

As aField Coordinatoryou will play a vital role in managing field cases, ensuring they are efficiently allocated and progressed according to service level agreements (SLAs). You'll handle pre-allocation checks, communicate with field agents, and keep field diaries up to date, all while ensuring work complies with legal timeframes.

This is the perfect role for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys problem-solving and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and communicating with engineers and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work to field agents following the agreed process
  • Review and analyse data to make informed allocation decisions
  • Support our service delivery through a variety of coordination tasks
  • Work closely with third-party contacts and stakeholders to meet booking needs
  • Maintain field diaries and holiday logsProduce reports to support business analysis
  • Communicate with field agents on short-turnaround cases to ensure SLA delivery
  • Use your knowledge of UK geography to efficiently manage field case allocations.
