The ability to work cohesively within this team towards shared goals and objectives is paramount to your success and directly contributes towards your remuneration. Your primary responsibility will be to a defined set of territories / accounts / channel partners; you will support the initial ‘middle of the sale’ triage process by attending customer meetings, understanding customer future needs, expertly positioning the value of Curtiss-Wright products/services, and interfacing internally within the business on technical details to ensure the customers’ requirements are met.**Location:** UK Based **We Take Care of Our People**Work-life balance through our Hybrid working, flexitime program and condensed work week (role dependent) I Paid Time Off I Retirement with Employer Match I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Competitive Pay I Bonus Scheme I Recognition I I \***Your Challenge*** Develop and deliver presentations detailing Curtiss-Wright products and solutions to customers; Discuss how Curtiss-Wright products could be used to solve the customer’s problems.* Capture and analyse the customer’s requirements, identify candidate solutions, and discuss with Business Units (BUs) to produce a compelling and interoperable solution.* Develop technical architectures, discussion documents, and technology presentations in support of customer engagements for both internal and external reviews.* Work with Business Units (BUs) to produce a solution; Discuss and refine with the customer ahead of final proposal.* Perform analysis of competing solutions to ensure that the strengths and weaknesses of the Curtiss-Wright solution are understood and a compelling offer is being made.* Work with the Bid Support Teams and Business Units to prepare a winning proposal meeting the technical needs of the customer.* Develop & maintain strong face to face relationships with customers that will necessitate overseas travel when required (likely, a few times a month).* Review of new product designs from Business Units and solicitation of market feedback from the customer base to support the Business Unit development plans.* Develop strong working relationships with Product Marketing Managers in the Business Units.* Assist Product Marketing Managers defining new product by reviewing new product proposals and providing market feedback.* Serve as company expert in providing the highest-level technical support for customers.* Have good communication skill to convey technical requirements and technical support.**What You Bring*** Minimum of a Degree, or equivalent, in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.* Technical Sales Experience (Pre-sales preferred).* The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as sharing a team vision and executing towards a common goal.* An analytical mind and demonstrated problem solving ability.* Curious mindset with genuine interest in technology and the aerospace & defense market.* Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to foster strong relationships.* Exceptional time and task management skills.* Professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.* Willingness to travel internationally (40% on average).* Good communication skill to convey technical requirements and technical support.* Generalists valued; relevant domain or technology area of expertise desirable.**Who We Are**Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, a division of Curtiss-Wright, is an industry-leading supplier of sophisticated electronics products.
