As a Festive Colleague you will help serve customers, stock shelves, and pick orders for home delivery during the busy holiday season. You’ll have a daily impact, bringing a smile to customers and supporting your team.

About the role

Pay begins at £12.64 per hour, increasing to £13.85 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills. Flexibility and supportive culture make this an enjoyable role for anyone eager to help customers and colleagues during the festive period.

You will be responsible for

• You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and ensuring products are in place.
• Or, you could be serving customers and assembling orders for our Click and Collect service.
• Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.

You will need

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• The ability to build rapport with customers, so they leave having experienced a great shopping trip.
• Initiative to take decisions that are right for our customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
