A leading ticketing service in the UK is looking for a Festival Guide Support Representative to manage festival guide data. This part-time position requires attention to detail, data entry skills, and a good command of English. You will maintain and audit festival guides within the company’s CMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SEO standards. Company Background: Skiddle was born in 2001 as a what's on guide and began selling tickets in 2006 and is now one of the UK's most loved ticketing services selling tickets for tens of thousands of events throughout the UK, from independent club nights through to 60,000 capacity festivals. Skiddle currently sells tickets for the likes of The Warehouse Project, Creamfields, Digbeth Dining Club and Live Nation , and hundreds of independent venues and promoters across the country.
Role Summary: This role is suited to a highly detail-oriented, methodical individual who is comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks, structured templates, and internal systems. You will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, auditing, and updating festival guide data within Skiddle’s CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEO and content standards.
You will work closely with the Festival Guide Team, SEO Manager, and Account Support teams to ensure festival guides are complete, correctly formatted and meet operational and performance requirements.

£12,285 per annum based on working 18.75 hours each week (Full time hours may also be considered)
