Festival Guide Support Representative - Part Time

Company Background: Skiddle was born in 2001 as a what's on guide and began selling tickets in 2006 and is now one of the UK's most loved ticketing services selling tickets for tens of thousands of events throughout the UK, from independent club nights through to 60,000 capacity festivals. Skiddle currently sells tickets for the likes of The Warehouse Project, Creamfields, Digbeth Dining Club and Live Nation , and hundreds of independent venues and promoters across the country.

Role Summary: This role is suited to a highly detail-oriented, methodical individual who is comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks, structured templates, and internal systems. You will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, auditing, and updating festival guide data within Skiddle’s CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEO and content standards.

You will work closely with the Festival Guide Team, SEO Manager, and Account Support teams to ensure festival guides are complete, correctly formatted and meet operational and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update, and manage 800+ festival guides within Skiddle’s CMS
  • Accurately input festival data including dates, locations, descriptions, links and metadata
  • Update existing content to reflect changes such as line‑ups, venues, ticket links and scheduling
  • Follow content templates and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across all guides
  • Proofread and quality‑check content to eliminate grammatical, spelling, formatting or factual errors
  • Support SEO initiatives by implementing agreed keywords, headings and metadata
  • Carry out regular content audits to identify outdated, incomplete or incorrect information
  • Work collaboratively with the Festival Guide Team, SEO Manager and Account Support team to prioritise updates based on operational needs, data and performance insights
  • Manage workload effectively across multiple guides and deadlines
Skills and experience
  • Experience in data entry, content administration, CMS management or similar operational roles is desired but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Confident working with large volumes of information in a structured environment
  • Good written English with solid grammar and spelling
  • Ability to follow processes, templates and guidelines precisely
  • Comfortable working independently on repetitive, administrative tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy and quality
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to take feedback and apply changes consistently
  • Interest in music and festivals is beneficial but not essential

£12,285 per annum based on working 18.75 hours each week (Full time hours may also be considered)
