Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role

Full UK Driving Licence required. You will support adults aged 18+ with a range of needs including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and continence care. Some are independent, some use wheelchairs or need full assistance with personal care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support.
  • Helping people access the community and everyday activities.
  • Driving the team vehicle to outings and appointments (Full UK Driving Licence essential).
  • Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs.
  • Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment.

Shifts:

  • Long Day + Sleep‑In: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. the next day (sleep‑in 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
  • Long Day: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Two team members on shift during the day and one overnight colleague – you’ll never feel alone or unsupported.
