A charitable care organization in Chester is searching for compassionate support workers to assist adults with a range of needs including autism and mental health. The role involves providing personal care, helping with community access, and driving team outings. Applicants should hold a full UK driving license and be passionate about making a difference in individuals' lives. Full UK Driving Licence required. You will support adults aged 18+ with a range of needs including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and continence care. Some are independent, some use wheelchairs or need full assistance with personal care.
