A care support provider in Cannock is seeking a dedicated Female Personal Support/Care Worker to assist a client with Motor Neurone Disease. This role offers 18 hours per week with flexible shifts and requires experience in personal care and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will help the client maintain independence both at home and in the community, providing a personal and impactful approach to care.

Are you passionate about providing life-changing care? We’re looking for a dedicated Female Complex Care Assistant to join our compassionate team in the Cannock area, where you\'ll have the opportunity to support one individual client in a truly meaningful way.
In this unique role, you’ll be working closely with a person living with Motor Neurone Disease, helping them maintain their independence and live life to the fullest – both at home and out in the community.

Here at Salvere Support we support individual clients in their own homes. Our small teams of Personal Assistants provide bespoke, person centered care to really make a difference in our clients lives. You’ll only be working with one client which enables you to truly get to know them and make a meaningful difference each day.
You must be comfortable with pets as there are several cats in the clients home.
18 hours a week. There is a mixture of shifts and there is some flexibility in the days of the week worked, which can be discussed at interview. Alternative weekends will be required.
All training is provided and will consist of e-learning courses, face-to-face sessions, practical training, clinical training and competencies. The training is bespoke to the client and fully comprehensive for meeting their needs. We also provide refresher training on a regular basis, to keep your knowledge and skills current.
