We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Family Solicitor with 10+ years PQE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling Private Family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private law Children Act cases. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Private Family matters, including:
• Divorce and Dissolution of civil partnerships
• Financial remedy
• Financial provision for children and separation agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Adoption cases
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act cases.
• Develop new client business through referrals and business development activities.
• Maintain high‑quality client service, managing client expectations effectively.
• Ensure competent file management, including using computerised case management systems.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court as necessary.
• Ensure effective credit control and manage billing processes.
• Work under supervision while being receptive to constructive feedback.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years PQE in Family Law.
• Proven experience in divorce, financial remedy, and private law Children Act cases.
• Demonstrated success in winning new business through referrals and business development.
• Strong file management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high‑quality service.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and experience with case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with public speaking experience.
• High level of integrity, energy, and drive.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours when required.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
