Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience is required.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience in facilities management, administration, or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the facilities management system for tracking maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for system-related queries and basic troubleshooting.
  • Work with IT teams and software providers on issues and improvements.
  • Ensure asset registers and maintenance schedules are accurate.
  • Produce reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Train staff and contractors in system usage.
  • Monitor system usage to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
