Supports the Facilities Lead in delivering effective support services for Seasonal and Global Pandemic Influenza Vaccines across the Liverpool sites. The role covers facilities maintenance, mechanical and electrical, compliance management, regulatory audits, SOPs, corrective action plans, EHS compliance, subcontractor management, permitting, life safety systems, water hygiene management, small works delivery, and lifecycle capital project programs using the Seqirus project management systems. It also includes logistics, cleaning, catering, hospitality, utilities management and performance metrics for FM providers.
Manages and oversees cleaning operations across a prestigious site. Responsibilities include leading a cleaning team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, developing and implementing cleaning schedules, conducting inspections, managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves training staff, enforcing health and safety regulations, liaising with site management, and maintaining budgets. Candidates should have supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management, COSHH knowledge, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.
Oversees day‑to‑day operations of sports facilities (pitches, courts, gymnasiums, changing rooms), maintains safety and cleanliness, develops maintenance schedules, supervises staff, conducts inspections, manages inventory, liaises with contractors, ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, manages the operational budget, plans events, fosters relationships, and stays updated on industry best practices.
Leads reception and facilities teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the Liverpool office and other JB Leitch locations. Acts as main contact for landlords, providers and suppliers, coordinates meetings and events, manages office layouts and systems, oversees health and safety activities, supports office projects, monitors budgets, and provides executive assistance to the Managing Director (diary, meetings, travel, administration).
