Job summary

A facilities management consultancy is looking for a Facilities Manager to support Property and Regional Pod Managers in Glasgow. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in facilities management and relevant Health & Safety qualifications. Responsibilities include managing property standards, conducting inspections, and mentoring on-site personnel. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar Facilities role.

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft 365.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Support Property and Regional Pod Managers in managing a property portfolio.
  • Implement best practices in Health & Safety.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of managed properties.
  • Provide locum support to Facilities Managers.
  • Develop and mentor on-site Property team personnel.
