Job description

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate and manage facilities operations data (e.g., maintenance, energy usage, occupancy, vendor performance) and maintain accurate dashboards/databases for reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and optimise dashboards and KPI reports to monitor performance, identify trends and highlight operational risks or opportunities.
  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights that support planning, forecasting, continuous improvement and strategic decision‑making.
  • Support facilities budgeting and financial tracking, monitor expenditure against approved budgets and assist in preparing financial reports and cost‑saving analysis.
  • Partner with Facilities Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate insights into operational actions and support planning of projects such as renovations, relocations and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental compliance requirements through accurate documentation, reporting and data governance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of experience in a corporate real estate or workplace‑related role.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and analyse workplace data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective and proactive communicator who excels at cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to travel on an ad‑hoc basis.
  • Previous experience in program management is a plus.
