This position offers a stable work environment and is office-based from Monday to Friday.

Facilities Helpdesk Administrator- Romford Essex- 30k- Permanent Opportunity. Office Based

My client a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in their Head Office based in Essex

This is a full time office based position- Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00

Duties
  • General Helpdesk Administration duties
  • PPM planning, releasing and allocating jobs
  • Monitor and progress PPM jobs
  • Content checking of engineer worksheets
  • Cross referencing of engineer worksheets for job numbers, signatures and dates
  • Renaming of worksheets adhering to a standard format naming convention
  • Ensure PPM KPI's are maintained at 100%
  • Zero cost jobs
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Arrange, monitor and progress subcontractor PPMs
  • Chase engineers and subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed
  • Issue the All Released PPM spreadsheet to client within four days of period end
  • Raise remedial jobs when required
  • Undertake reactive help desk training to become competent in order to cover when necessary
  • Follow protocol at all times
  • Cover all contracts as required during staff absences
