Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services industry.

• Understanding of Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH / IOSH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and operations of all electrical and mechanical plants.
• Direct and manage the Engineering team ensuring compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures for improvements.
