A leading logistics company is seeking a part-time Facilities Assistant in Maidenhead. The role involves supporting the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks, reception duties, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience in facilities management or office administration. The position operates on a flexible schedule, three days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM.

The Facilities Assistant supports the Facilities Manager in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the building and its services. This role includes administrative support, reception cover, Excel-based tracking, and assistance with meetings and events coordination.
The role is office based at Maidenhead.
