Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FEA, ideally with the Altaire suite of products.
• Experience in composite analysis is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform calculations, finite element analysis and optimizations of car structures.
• Support your allocated design group by performing analyses and optimizations.
• Prepare reports for design reviews and future reference.
• Liaise with other FEA engineers to enhance efficiency of analyses.
• Scrutinize load cases for design and analysis purposes.
• Supervise and mentor graduate FEA Engineers.

Skills

Experience in Formula 1® or Top-Tier motorsport companies

Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office

Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Degree in Engineering or equivalent
