Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury eyewear boutique. Our team is small, but we achieve high turnover by delivering exceptional customer experiences and cultivating strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive salesperson who can lead by example, drive sales performance, and ensure our two brands – For Art’s Sake and Esmont – are represented with excellence in-store.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, with the ability to manage inventory, oversee in-store marketing, and train and motivate a small team to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for every client.
  • Direct and support team members in daily activities, including client engagement, inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Drive in-store marketing initiatives and ensure both For Art’s Sake and Esmont collections are presented to the highest standard.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new employees, sharing proven sales techniques and best practices.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory tracking, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
