Overview

Join Allianz Partners UK as a Customer Assistance Coordinator – Operations (Croydon Hybrid). You will be the reassuring voice that helps customers in their time of need, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating services, and providing calm, empathetic support in high‑pressure moments.

What You’ll Do
  • Take calls from customers who need urgent help—medical, home, or roadside
  • Provide calm, empathetic, and professional support in high‑pressure moments
  • Organise services, contractors, or recovery to get people moving again
  • Communicate clearly and keep customers informed at every stage
  • Follow procedures while making decisions that put people first
