Job Description

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Export Administrator to join our friendly team at our Markham Vale site on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:£26,551 per annum.

Working hours:4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.

The Export Administrator is responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing.

Key Duties of an Export Administrator:

  • Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.
  • Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
  • Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Providing aftersales support to customers.
  • Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
  • Responsible for monitoring the company’s licenses and certificates.
  • Scheduling works and drivers · Monitoring a record of goods received and leaving the warehouse.
  • Produce commercial invoice and all necessary transport documents.
  • Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.
  • The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).
