ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers (minimum 3 years) for casual ADHOC work, averaging 2-3 days per week depending on project demand.

This role is ideal for individuals who want flexibility while still securing regular shifts with a reputable employer.

You will support a mix of short-term assignments and ongoing projects, working alongside professional crews who value safety, communication, and teamwork.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Implement Traffic Guidance Schemes and Traffic Management Plans
• Operate Stop/Slow bat & complete general site setup
• Communicate clearly with clients, local community, and onsite crew
• Assist with labouring tasks as required
• Maintain safety standards and professionalism on every shift

• White Card
• Stop/Slow Bat Ticket (RIIWHS205E)
• Implant Traffic Control Plans Ticket (IMP)
• Proven understanding of TMPs & TGS
• Driver's licence + reliable transport
• Ability to work ADHOC shifts on short notice
• Fit for physical work and able to pass D&A testing
• Strong communicator and team player
