Job description

The Executive Support Team Assistant plays an important role in helping the Executive Support Team Lead and Executive Assistants keep the business running smoothly and supporting the wider company goals. Alongside providing day‑to‑day administrative support — from coordinating travel and accommodation to assisting Heads of Departments, managing post, courier bookings, and maintaining accurate data — the role also takes ownership of creating a welcoming, well‑run environment in the Cheltenham office, with occasional support for the London office.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Team Lead and Executive Assistants on diary coordination, gaining valuable experience and a clear pathway to progress into an Executive Assistant role as you grow.

We welcome your application to our Executive Support Team Assistant vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Confident using Outlook and the wider Microsoft suite to keep work running smoothly
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business and with external partners
  • A calm, diplomatic approach, with the persistence to see tasks through
  • Comfortable prioritising and staying organised in a busy, fast‑moving environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to step in and support wherever needed
