Job summary

A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking an Executive Reward Consultant to manage executive Reward processes and projects. This role involves supporting senior colleagues and managing complex casework including package calculations and delivering Reward projects. Candidates should have experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits, strong numerical skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities. The position offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000, a bonus, and various benefits.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits, with an interest in Executive Reward.
  • Exposure to large corporate or financial services environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging up to ExCo level.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex casework – including package calculations, benchmarking, and buyouts/guarantees.
  • Lead preparations for the Aviva Group Remuneration Committee – drafting papers, preparing updates, and coordinating meetings.
  • Deliver Reward projects – from annual reviews to reporting and analysis.
