ABOUT JOB

Our client is seeking an executive personal assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize complex calendars for the CEO and CFO, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Support special projects, events, and other ad hoc requests to ensure smooth executive operations.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Slack.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence when interacting with stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.
