Executive Assistant to CEO - Dynamic Consultancy Group — City based (Hybrid) — £40,000-£45,000

Our client is a well-established consultancy firm with a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture and a global network of FTSE 100 clients. Their expertise spans Strategy and Events, and their CEO is a visionary thought leader known for an inspirational approach to business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class support to the CEO and Founder.
  • Manage global diary and travel arrangements, including coordinating international travel.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and high-profile client initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Act as a key liaison internally and externally, building trusted relationships.
  • Oversee speaking engagements and ensure priorities are delivered seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team on global initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Degree educated with prior experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, Founder, or Partner) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong global diary and travel management experience, ideally across US and international time zones.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client-focused, high-performance mindset; experience in consultancy, tech, or professional services is advantageous.
Additional information

Salary is dependent on experience. This is a 3-day in-office working model as part of the hybrid arrangement.
