JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior management with a combination of administrative, financial, project coordination, and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, financially capable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with discretion and professionalism.

This role requires someone who is comfortable supporting both executive‑level operations and occasional personal or family‑related tasks.

Responsibilities
Financial & Bookkeeping Support
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Support expense reconciliation and reporting as needed
Project Coordination & Office Management
  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare reports and assist with ongoing project coordination
  • Support office management tasks including filing systems, front desk coverage, and office supply management
Confidentiality & Professionalism
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
