The role includes managing logistics for industry events, coordinating internal team operations, and supporting customer onboarding efforts. We host and attend self storage industry events throughout the UK and Europe—and every event needs to run like clockwork. That’s where you come in.
We’re hiring an Events & Operations Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of our external event logistics. From exhibitions and trade shows to end‑to‑end branded events and customer meet‑ups, you’ll take charge of making sure everything and everyone is in the right place at the right time.
You’ll also support internal team coordination, light ops reporting, and customer onboarding work as needed—jumping in wherever structure and follow‑through are most useful.
This is a hybrid role based in Northern Ireland, ideal for someone who’s relentlessly organised, thrives on logistics, and is excited to grow into broader operations over time.
You’re organised, calm, and dependable. You enjoy managing moving parts and making things run on time. You’re at home in spreadsheets, checklists, and shared docs—and you’re confident enough to follow up, chase, and close the loop.
You’ll do well here if:
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Stripe, HubSpot, or supported onboarding/reporting workflows before, but not required.
